the selection of franchise agent: single-one franchise
store covering an area of no less than 25 square
meters in any of prefectural cities; single-one
franchise store covering an area of no less than
40 square meters in any of districts of provincial
cities. The store should be located on bustling
business area or on pedestrian street. |

foundation and rich experience or ability in brand

capital source, etc.

RSC will further strengthen its advertising activities
in newspaper, magazines as well as other medias
that enjoy large circulation volumes. The advertising
fees in the initial opening stage can be co-covered
by the agent and RSC. On the other hand, RSC will
regularly hold promotion activities, offer overall
promotion plan, provide information required as
well as free trophies for all franchise stores.

●RSC will persist in supervision and guidance to
ensure unified style of each chain store in goods,
service and decoration.
●RSC will carry out product population and promotion
activities on a scheduled basis.
●RSC will offer market information, put forward
suggestions in product structure and arrangement,
and provide marketable new products.
●RSC will offer consultation and on-site guidance
when on demand.
●RSC will help to analyze operating condition and
offer revision schemes.
